We would like to inform you that actions have been taken on users who have been approached under the terms of use.
It was been known that the users approached by modifying game packets.
This is a clear violation of the game operation policy, so permanent restrictions have been carried out.
Also, any violating players won't be able access the Temeria Sanctuary in the same way

비정상적인 방법으로 이용하는 유저를 대상으로 조사가 진행되었으며,
이용 조건 미달의 상태로 접근한 유저에 대한 제재 조치가 이루어진 점을 안내 드립니다.
해당 유저들은 게임 패킷 변조를 진행하여 접근한 것으로 확인되었고,
이는 명확한 게임 운영 정책 위반 사항이므로 영구 이용 제한이 진행되었습니다.
