Many of you are currently reporting on issues that occur during PC launcher installation
We are also checking to solve the problem, and please understand that it will take some time.
1) Game stops after connected by launcher and installing in-game patch
2) Only empty pop-ups are exposed after the game starts
3) Force shutdown after launcher login
4) Web browser is not exposed when attempting to log in
Also, a lot of people are reporting that the game is forced to end when using AMD or Radeon graphics cards
We are checking internally, and we have registered FAQs about installing/running PC launchers as a temporary measure
We recommend that you check the [FAQ] channel and follow the solution to try it.

현재 많은 여러분께서 PC 런처 설치 중 발생하는 문제에 대해 리포트해주고 계시는데요,
저희도 문제 해결을 위해 확인하고 있고, 시간이 조금 소요되는 점 양해 부탁드립니다.
1) 런처로 접속 후 인게임 패치 진행 후 게임이 멈추는 현상
2) 게임 시작 후 빈 팝업만 노출되는 현상
3) 런처 로그인 후 강제 종료 현상
4) 로그인 시도 시 웹 브라우저가 노출되지 않는 현상
또, 많은 분께서 제보해주고 계신 AMD 또는 라데온 계열 그래픽카드 사용 시 발생하는 게임 강제 종료 현상은
내부적으로도 확인중에 있으며 임시 방편으로 PC 런처 설치/실행 관련 FAQ를 등록해 놓았으니
[FAQ] 채널에서 확인 후 해결 방법에 따라 시도해 보시는 것을 권해드립니다.
※ 사용중인 네트워크 환경에 따라 웹 또는 이미지 로드에 시간이 소요될 수 있습니다.
※ PC 런처 인스톨러 설치 시에는 '마이크로 소프트 엣지'가 자동 설치됩니다.
