[Game] What is the difference between Labyrinth and the regular Field?

Labyrinth is a special hunting ground where you can earn better rewards than the Field.
In the Labyrinth, you can earn Gold and Epic grade equipment, and when you kill the Labyrinth Boss then you can get a special set of equipment.
You need Gold to enter the first floor of the Labyrinth, and the second floor or higher requires Teleport machine on the floor.
